This section of dgZoneTrader.com is dedicated to the people who have significantly influenced the traders here. Perhaps the most significant for all of us is the Median Line (Pitchfork) work of Dr. Alan Andrews (and others). Unfortunately they are no longer with us but their work and spirit lives on in others. Although, we use dgZoneTrader for all of our trading, we most often use Pitchforks as an additional trading technique. That is, as a guide to increasing our trade size and/or passing on dgZoneTrader setups.

One of the traders here has purchased the Median Line works of Dr. Mircea Dologa and can recommend
Dr. Dologa as an expert in the world of Median Line theory and practice.

You can get his weekly reports here: http://www.pitchforktrader.com/reports.html

Some excerpts from his Integrated Pitchfork Analysis books: Vol 1, Vol 2, Vol 3

Ensign charting software (http://www.ensignsoftware.com) has a well desinged Andrew's Pitchfork tool with unique options.

In the member's area of dgZoneTrader.com, we occasionally publish trade setups that were heavily influenced by Pitchforks.

Also in the member's area we will sometimes show the influence of other trader's of significance from the past (e.g. Elliot, Gann and Fibonacci).

As you know Elliot Wave theory and practive are widely covered by many different people. All of us here have been exposed to different books on trading using Elliot Waves. There is however, no one specific person that we recommend at this time.

We use all of the above because we consider them to be leading indicators. They are very useful in identifying the structure of the market place and therefore deciding where and when to trade.
